1. Delivery Times
STEAMONE makes its best efforts to ensure that the order is prepared and handed over to the carrier within an average period of two (2) to four (4) business days from the day following the Client’s order validation.

The products ordered by the Client will be delivered to the address provided by the Client within an indicative period of 3 days from the date of order confirmation, except during specific periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).

Delays may nevertheless occur in the event of unforeseen circumstances or due to reasons related to the place of delivery, and STEAMONE declines any responsibility for extended delivery times caused by the carrier, particularly in the event of product loss or strike.

To track their order, the Client must click on the link sent by email following the shipment of their order and then click on the tracking number contained in the shipment confirmation email sent to them.

In the event of product unavailability, STEAMONE undertakes to inform the Client as soon as possible so that the Client may be refunded without delay and no later than 30 days after order confirmation.

In the event of a foreseeable extension of the delivery period, STEAMONE undertakes to inform the Client as soon as possible and by any means, so that the Client may then choose to maintain or cancel their order in full or in part.

STEAMONE cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any events beyond its control, including cases of force majeure or unforeseen events, that may delay or prevent the delivery of the ordered product as defined in Article 15 of these terms.

In the event of non-compliance with the mentioned delivery period extended by 14 days, the Client may cancel their order by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the registered office address indicated at the beginning of these General Terms and Conditions. The cancellation will only be taken into account by STEAMONE if shipment or delivery has not occurred between the sending and receipt of said letter. The Client will be reimbursed no later than 15 days following receipt of the registered letter by STEAMONE.

STEAMONE reserves the right to choose the carrier and guarantees the proper delivery of the products.

WARNING: if a parcel is returned to the sender due to non-collection or an incorrect delivery address provided by the Client, STEAMONE reserves the right to re-invoice the Client for the reshipping costs. In such a case, if the parcel is again returned to the sender, it will no longer be resent to the Client and the amount corresponding to this order, including any additional delivery charges, shall remain the property of STEAMONE.


2. Delivered Countries
Delivery is carried out in mainland France, within the European Union, in the United-States, or internationally at the Client’s choice.


3. Delivery Inspection
STEAMONE guarantees the conformity of the delivered product with the essential characteristics described on the website www.steam-one.com and for use in accordance with its intended purpose.

The Client must check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the delivered product and, where appropriate, make any reservations on the carrier’s delivery slip.

The Client must also confirm this anomaly by sending the carrier, within two (2) business days following the delivery date, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt outlining the claims. The Client must send a copy of this letter by email to info[at]steam-one.com or by regular mail to the STEAMONE registered office indicated at the beginning of these terms.

Unless a legitimate reason is provided, any claim not brought to STEAMONE’s attention within 21 days of receipt of the products will be considered inadmissible, and STEAMONE’s liability cannot be engaged.

STEAMONE reserves the right to request that the Client return the non-conforming or damaged Product.

In the event of abnormal or abusive returns, STEAMONE reserves the right to refuse to honor a subsequent order.


4. Delivery Costs
Shipping fees will be charged at the rate in effect on the day of the order and may vary depending on the delivery territory and the delivery method chosen by the Client on the Website, which the Client expressly acknowledges and accepts.

The Client is informed of the delivery terms before the final validation of their order.

STEAMONE is not responsible for any additional taxes or service charges applied by certain countries.

Clients are responsible for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and other charges levied by the destination country before placing an order. Under no circumstances will STEAMONE be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees.

For international deliveries, if the order arrives in the country and:

  • The Client refuses the parcel

  • No delivery attempt at the indicated address is successful in the destination country

Then STEAMONE reserves the right to abandon said parcel and will not be obliged to issue any refund.
