Refund policy

1. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically take possession of the goods.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement. You must include with your request the relevant order number, the order date, the product reference, and the first and last name corresponding to the order.

3. Return of Products

Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, etc.), and in perfect condition. They must not have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or proper functioning. Any damage suffered by the product may result in your liability. A product that has depreciated due to excessive handling (notably damaged, defective, stained, used, incomplete, etc.) cannot be accepted for return.

4. Return Costs

Return costs and all risks associated with this shipment are the responsibility of the consumer, except in the event of non-conformity of the product received with the initial order. SteamOne shall not be held liable in the event of loss, theft, or delay of the returned product. Finally, the burden of proof of return lies with the customer.

5. Refund

In the event of your withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will proceed with the reimbursement using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, such reimbursement will not incur any fees for you.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever is the earliest.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products:

• Made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized,

• That cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery,

• That are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
