Shipping your Chronopost package
Packages are usually shipped and delivered within 1 week after receiving your payment. The standard shipping carrier is Chronopost, with a signature required for delivery.
We will provide you with a link as soon as possible, so you can track your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postal costs. They may include a fixed share and a variable share, depending on the price or weight of your order. We recommend that you consolidate your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders, and you will have to pay the shipping fee for each one.
Your packed is shipped at your own risk, special care is given to the package containing fragile products.
Cancellation.
The Goods may be returned within 14 days if the product did not give you full satisfaction. Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, and must not show any damage.
