Steps to use your SteamCube
1. Assembling the SteamCube
Insert the steamer parts into their respective locations following the instructions provided in the user manual. Make sure each part is securely attached for optimal operation.
2. Filling the tank
To extend the life of your steamer, fill the tank with 50% tap water and 50% demineralized water. This mixture limits limescale deposits while ensuring powerful steam production. Then insert the tank into the appliance until the "water drop" light goes out, indicating that it is properly seated.
3. Starting up and choosing steam modes
Plug in the appliance and turn it on by pressing the power button. The SteamCube heats up quickly and is ready in less than a minute and a half.
The SteamCube offers four steam power levels. For thick fabrics like cotton or linen, select a high level. For delicate fabrics, choose a gentler steam mode to avoid damaging the fibers.
4. Vertical steaming
Hang the garment on the built-in hanger, and steam from top to bottom, keeping the steam head in contact with the fabric. This method is ideal for hanging garments and allows for quick steaming of thick or delicate fabrics without the risk of damaging them.
5. Horizontal steaming on ironing board
Place the garment on an ironing board and apply the steam head to the fabric as you would with a conventional iron.
For optimal results, activate the pressing mode to reinforce the steam action and obtain results similar to ironing, particularly useful for shirts, trousers or jackets.
