My machine does not make steam anymore or less

If your appliance does not make steam anymore or less, it may be scaled. First, follow the classic procedure for emptying the unit:

If this still does not work, you can use white vinegar.
You just have to put it directly in the tank (1/3 white vinegar, 2/3 water), then start the device (making sure not to put any clothes near the diffusion head), and let the tank empty.

Try locking the trigger in the "continuous steam" position and then unlocking it. Contact SteamOne or the dealer if there is no improvement.



My device is leaking from underneath

The drain plug may be loose. Screw it back on manually. If the unit is still leaking, the seal of the plug may be damaged. In this case you have to replace the cap. You can place an order on the steam-one.com website in the "spare parts" section.


My device is leaking from the tank

The tank cap may be loose. Screw it back on manually. If it is cracked or broken, the cap must be replaced. You can order on the steam-one.com website in the "spare parts" section.


The hose leaks during use

My device is leaking from the diffuser head

There may be a condensation problem with the diffuser head. Please contact SteamOne or your reseller for replacement of the diffuser head.


My device turns itself on when I plug it in

This is an electronic malfunction. Please contact SteamOne or your reseller for replacement of the base of the device.


My device does not turn on anymore

First, try plugging the unit into a different electrical outlet. If this does not work, please contact SteamOne or the reseller for replacement of the base of the device.


My device turns itself off after a few seconds

If the tank is empty: Fill the tank and put it back in the base. The tank may not be properly inserted in the device: Change the tank direction (refer to the Quick Start document). If this still does not work, please contact SteamOne or the reseller for the replacement of the base of the device.


An accessory arrived broken with the product

If you have received your product with a broken or damaged accessory, please contact SteamOne or your reseller for a replacement accessory

My device causes the electronic system to break down

Drain plug is stuck in the base

The fixing ring of the device is blocked, it is impossible to screw in the telescopic rod.
